Review: It took me 2 years to finally have my surgery with Dr. William. I truly liked his work and was looking forward to getting my surgery done with him.After my assessment with Dr. William I was taken to their finance department so that they could take full payment. I was told then that I would need to go get cash and couldn’t pay with my debit card. I had to go get a large amount of money somewhere close to the clinic and go back to pay. I asked why nobody said anything before? Yet she assured me they probably said something to me and I forgot… I wouldn’t have forgotten a bit detail like that. I just found that very odd and Inconvenient. I was there for a long like due to the volume of people they were seeing there. Now imagine if the bank had closed… they would’ve had to reschedule my appointment and would’ve been horrible since I don’t live in Miami; I live in Houston. Also, the lobby was full of people waiting for their post-op or their pre-op appt so they perform several surgeries throughout the day. I think Dr. William was going to operate 3 or 4 other girls the same day as me and I know this because I met them in the hallway they had us waiting at. After knowing this, I went with the earliest time available so that I would be the first.I was originally scheduled for a tummy tuck with lipo and a breast lift with implants. When I met with Dr. William he let me know he was not going to be able to do the tummy tuck yet was told I was a good candidate when I had sent the pictures. Instead, I ended up with a lipo 360 and the breast lift with implants. I wanted the smallest size he could do which is 295cc.I was happy with the results until I started developing fibrosis. I stayed in Miami for a month after my surgery and went for my post op appt the day after it but Dr. William was not the one to check me but instead it was one of the nurses.I didn’t see him ever again nor was able to contact him with my concerns (fibrosis and a wound on my breast)I tried scheduling the appointment with him before flying back to Houston and was told that I couldn’t see him because it was before my one month checkup… it had been almost a month when I met with the nurse yet again.I was not treated with care or tactfully.It’s been almost 2 years since the surgery and now I have issues with the implant used. He did a high profile and I can feel it move and shift and it’s uncomfortable. I have requested my medical records several times and no one has called me back… they have to send the request to management…Needless to say, I have to get another surgery to fix my breasts and the uneven liposuction. I have pockets of fat that were left… I have shared a couple of pictures that I took 2 months post op where you can see the fibrosis and also the pockets of fat and it’s not because it’s swollen. I still have those pockets of fat.I got all of the massages for drainage every single day and it still didn’t help.I’ve gone to another surgeon and the assessment was that the machine the use for the lipo also works with heat which can cause scarred tissue underneath the skin (aka fibrosis) and the implants used are high profile which should t be used when a breast lift is performed. They should only be used for breast augmentation.I am getting a second option soon.Anyway, a little long but I hope you find it useful before deciding to go to 305 plastic surgery.When you go cheap you end up paying a higher price later to fix the problems another surgeon caused.
