From the moment you call the clinic, you're greeted with warm genuine sense of care. Rose was the first person I spoke to and she promptly accommodated my needs with Beatrice, for consultation and surgery.Dr. Dev himself is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also has a way of making you feel at ease, taking the time to listen attentively to your concerns and providing all the information about explants. He is not that type of surgeon generally cold, condescending and distant. He truly cares about the well-being of each patient. That is why his team and his clinic are a reflection of him. Here, healing, competence and aesthetic improvement coexist in balance.I already felt my healing process begin before the surgery. He was concerned about my previous surgeries and how this could affect my future recovery, so, in my breast, he performed a lifting method that took my medical history into consideration. He performed the En Block explant, which is not a procedure performed by most surgeons and not all have the technique. It is a much more time-consuming and detailed technique. The documentary ‘Explant’ explains this. In clinics where profit is over people you will not have this type of technique, which is essential in the healing process. My anesthesia went smoothly and while it took effect, Dr. Dev held my hands. After the surgery, I took my folder with all the recommendations carefully written and I was helped by Isabel (my recovery nurse) to get into the car to get home safely.Furthermore, the principle of transparency is honored with excellence. I left the clinic with the explanted material. The other day, after the surgery, I received a message with the video of my surgery, in detail, explaining each step performed. How many surgeons do you know would do this?The staff are phenomenal. Special thanks to Rose, Beatrice, Michelle, Isabel, Cyntia, Monica and Joel, the people I interacted with. They go above and beyond to ensure that patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their visit. Whether it's scheduling appointments (and remembering us all of them), assisting with paperwork, or simply offering a kind word, their dedication shines through.Overall, my experience with Dr. Dev and his team has been nothing short of exceptional. It's rare to find a medical practice that combines expertise, integrity with genuine compassion, and I'm truly grateful for the care I've received.
