Review: I had a BBL with Dr Xiu 3 weeks ago. I have had zero issues with recovery thus far and I am seeing great changes in my body shape! Dr Xiu was kind, courteous, and professional.The only reason I am not giving a 5 star review is because the virtual consultation was a bit worrisome since I never actually had contact with a physician until the day before my surgery. All of the communication re: preop labs/tests and recommended procedure was discussed with support personnel rather than an actual physician. I realize they probably do it this way to keep costs down, which I can appreciate.It wasn’t until the in-person consult with my surgeon the day before the procedure that I could really know what to realistically expect as far as the likely final results of my surgery (I was told the day before my BBL that I would likely need a tummy tuck in the future to rid myself of excess skin in my abdominal area).All of the staff was kind & courteous with the exception of the staff in the recovery area. They didn’t talk to me except to tell me that surgery was over & I was awake & needed to get up to go home. I felt rushed & ill-prepared to leave, but I was just coming out of anesthesia so that could have just been my warped perception.Overall, I would recommend Dr Xiu with MIA Aesthetics for a safe & natural BBL! The photo I am attaching is just under 3 weeks post op, and you can see my rounded & lifted butt and flattened lower belly, which I have NEVER had since giving birth to my 3rd child!
