Review: I have had an absolutely wonderful experience so far with Revive and Dr Askari. I reached out via their website initially and they booked me a consult with Dr. Askari the same day. He took so much time with me on the phone answering questions and then explaining what he would recommend and why— as a person who needs to know the ins and outs of it all, I was very happy that he offered up so much information so I could really make informed choices. After this, I booked my procedures and they gave me a timeline of what to expect and helped me get questions answered along the way. The practice required medical clearance that was very thorough, so I felt like my safety was really considered. I had to reschedule due to being sick right before my scheduled surgery, but they worked really hard to get a date just within a couple of weeks, I really appreciated that!I had my pre op appointment that was also very thorough and they gave me detailed instructions. I felt really comfortable after seeing the beautiful surgical center, seeing how the revive team really took pride and ownership of their work and truly cared about the experience that they are providing.The day of surgery, I arrived at the surgery center and was told what to expect and I felt really calm, mentally and emotionally I felt prepared— my body however went into a bit of a panic. I met Dr. Askari for the first time face to face, I told him I was mentally feeling okay but I was feeling like I couldn’t breathe and I had started feeling hot and dizzy. He was so calm and kind and talked me through the panic attack my body was having with so much patience and understanding. The conversation, getting the markings, and my whole interaction with him was absolutely amazing, I truly felt like I was in great hands and ready for surgery. In addition, I met anesthesia and the RN, and they were also so great!The next thing I knew, I was waking up and being taken to my airbnb for recovery.I had two post op appointments with Dr. Askari and those were very straight forward! My first one was just a couple days after surgery and they made sure to get me back and out quickly so I wasn’t in discomfort for too long. I just love the thoughtfulness of the whole team and how wonderfully they work together!Now, let’s talk results— ABSOLUTELY STUNNING work! I’m so excited to see how I heal, I’m not even worried about my future scars. This really looks like the work of a perfectionist and is 100% why I chose Dr. Askari!I chose to do these surgeries due to some sensory issues I was having with extra skin, and I’m thrilled to fully heal and get to enjoy how my body feels.Thank you to all of the Revive team, I truly felt like this was the experience I needed.
